Bestial in Oldenburg

Good service delicious food unfortunately the fish was a bit dry so only 4 stars

A very nice ambience and even better service.

We reserved for 7 people and our table was in a nice spot by the window and well prepared. The food was delicious and the service staff was very nice and attentive. A very successful evening in a wonderful atmosphere, we would love to come back.

Nice modern decor, staff friendly but unfortunately too slow! Food was good! But overall the Bestial in Bremen is better! But will come again. Clear recommendation

Wasn't really convincing in taste. However, the bar is nice and well worth a visit.

Once again it was a pleasure to dine at Bestial. Unfortunately this time the two table was quite small and less comfortable. The food and the service was perfect again! Are we coming again? But of course, when the table is back to normal the next time. Thumbs up to the Bestial Team!

Big disappointment! Ordered the fillet in medium. However, this was well done fried. In response to my complaint, the waiter was of the opinion that the steak was okay. Just to put your opinion above the opinion of the guest is outrageous & highly unprofessional. The steak went back and after half an hour (restaurant was not well attended) I finally had the new steak, which supposedly should be cooked to the point. This was done again! (see picture) In the meantime, of course, my companion had finished eating and so we ate separately. Out of hunger and shame, however, I decided not to make another complaint. Something like that shouldn't happen at these prices.

Very tasty food and really friendly service! The dishes are sometimes a little more unusual or reinterpreted, but implemented well. Absolute recommendation!

I know the bestial in Bremen, but I have to say that Oldenburg is simply better in all areas. We received a warm welcome and the service was very friendly and well trained. Had a salad with chicken as a starter which was very good. Our main courses were flavorful and delicious. The portions were perfect. Thank you bestial team.

The premises are very nice. I would have expected more from the food There are better places in OL. The toilets are not too clean and very dark (light).

Very good service. The food was very good. Outstanding for Oldenburg. Very handsome service. I ate a filet and fries. I can recommend the wine. You can pay cash and by card. The bar room is open for smokers. There are tables outside at the back. Very delicious. Today they were understaffed but handled the guest with perfect professionalism. A perfect host. Thanks!

Good. But from the outside it looks better than it is. Food is tasty, but less special than the menu suggests. Staff is friendly but not very experienced.

I was in the Bestial for the second time now. The food is delicious, but the prices are already very high. For such a price range more could be made in the interior. The toilets are in the ambience really not. That's why only 4 stars instead of 5.

Even though the location is nice and the interior is well-designed, this place is quite pretentious. Constructive criticism of the dishes is rebuffed in an almost arrogant way. Overall crowd is also quite pseudo-"high-society" to a large degree.

Great Italian chef food.

The team at Bestial is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is well located right by the former city walls of Oldenburg, opposite the "Staatstheater" and offers both inside and outside seating. Unfortunately the accoustings inside turn terrible when the place is full. Bestial’s chef experiments with unusual flavour and combinations. I would say that their forte are home made pastas. My "coconut kiss" alcohol free cocktail was a touch too sweet for me, but that was to be expected. My attempt at constructive criticism on my meal (home made pasta with fried liver and pear) was accepted and we received grappa on the house from their friendly staff. Despite some shortcomings I enjoyed the visit and would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want a coffee with milk. Note: Bestial is in an ideal location for a pre-threatre or after shopping coffee and serves Caffè Latte Macchiato, Café au lait etc. Unfortunately Bestial uses milk that has been killed through ultra high temperature treatment. Restaurants have fridges, so there is no need to slaughter coffee with dead white liquid, for which I rest one star from the rating.
